Drone Survey

We use a quality fully licensed drone to take high resolution images and video of your roof. These images will be shown to you at the time of roof inspection. From these images we may agree which works are required and it is valuable information for owners of buildings in that before any work is carried out, the owner has full view of the visible roof condition.

A free no-obligation estimate will be provided. If an owner chooses to go ahead with the works, the images and video of before and after can be made available, please request this at the time of accepting your quote. We ask this as not all properties are drone inspected.

We are often asked if we can provide a drone roof condition report. There is a fixed fee for this of £250.00. This may be useful when buying or selling a property.

Please note, the drone will not show any works required underneath the roof covering, ie any rotten wood that requires replacement.
